Founded in 2015, Hireup is an innovative for-purpose business driven by a desire to achieve real and revolutionary change for Australians with disability. Through a secure online platform, Hireup provides people with disabilities the tools to find, hire and manage support workers who fit their needs and share their interests, creating meaningful matches and facilitating more flexible, rewarding work.
Wanting to take advantage of multiple opportunities available to them, Hireup’s challenge was not knowing the role and type of leader they needed to bring into the business.
